We are looking to hire an auto glass replacement technician or auto glass replacement trainee.  Competitive wages, health/dental insurance, company van, paid vacation and holidays.  This is a full time position; normal hours are 7:30-5:00. This position is available immediately to the right candidate. 

Qualifications:

• • Valid MN Driver’s License-clean record 5 years
• • Must be able to pass a national background check
• • Flexible in job duties/adapt to changes
• • Auto Glass installation a plus, but NOT a game changer. We would like 5 years experienced and AGRSS certified tech, but we will train the right candidate.
• • Possess a knack for mechanical aptitude, skill and knowledge to operate hand tools
• • Problem solving skills
• • Customer Service/People person skills
• • Reliable
• • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri only - NO WEEKENDS)
