Rod M. did the installation. Rod did an excellent, thorough, and conscientious job. It was very evident that he is well qualified as he displayed his competencies during the install. Proper installation and customer satisfaction were his top priorities. He and his work exceeded my expectations. I also very much appreciated his professional, social, and communication skills. I was treated cordially and with respect. He took the time to explain and address any questions or concerns I had.

I expected at least a 2 hour wait but in about 30 minutes Rodney informed me that he and Troy were finished and I just needed to wait the appropriate time before driving away.
